You pegged my opening day SL, and my excitement to see Murray with the A-team will almost match my disappointment at seeing LMA still on the roster.
What do you think? We get the fourth seed in the west now?

I'm having a flashback to Scola threads. Stop this before it gets out of hand.![]()
TBH, Ridding ourselves of Parker's contract would be the cold, business move. But it would've probably gotten us one of these guys that have signed. That said, Spurs are fighting hard to be a player's team. Do they lose respect of the players if they drop a player with Parker's franchise history bc he got a bad injury? It's a little like John Edwards cheating on his wife because she got cancer. I do think for the Spurs it's on principle and not just for show. But I also think they couldn't talk themselves out of it given Parker is working hard to return.
Everyone in the league but the Spurs believe that getting rid of TP would've been the smart move. , if he were moved, I wouldn't have minded the Mills signing as much...Too bad loyalty trumps les here.
Not sure which is more of a joke. The Warriors getting discounts on these players or boxing. I'm not even a Pacman guy but how was that a unanimous decision??
The 9th alone should have been the clincher. Manny gracious in defeat.
At this point I'd just be happy if we got splitter back. This is one of the worst off seasons ever.
I think you don't have enough faith in D'Antonio and CP3 and the Houston Rockets, for that matter.
The last time D'Antonio put together a super team with an imported point guard was with Nash and Kobe in LA. How did that work out?
The last time Houston put together a super team was with Dwight Howard (also a part of D'Antoni's super team in LA). Nada.
Houston has long history of this. Dwight Howard, CP3, Charles Barkley, Scottie Pippen -- washed up superstars.
I just don't see it.
he a FA?
I ain't worried tbh
As of right now
Warriors
Spurs
Rockets
OKC

i think im missing someone
dont know why everybody leaving like an exodus from the east
Just ing merge the conferences, ffs. isn't fair.![]()
So the MLE (most the Rockets could offer) while Toronto offered more with his Bird Rights.
Wtf are the Spurs going to get for the MLE? Pathetic they're not in the conversation on these better guys.
RC was the only one that showed up for Iggy!
I thnk Iggy was honest w RC w that this was jus a leverage meeting!!
sounds very realistic based on what they are doing.
I like Withey.
I like tiago too but he's never healthy.
I expect mad scientist Pop.
I doubt Lamarcus is happy with being a center all season... in fact I wonder if that had somewhat to do with his desire to get traded ASAP. He didn't play well with either Pau or Dedmon. I suppose part of that evaluation at the end of the season had to be that the team had to diversify lineups etc and he needed to be more like Timmy who was a PF in name at the end of his career who provided a lot of center things. Something that was seldom discussed was that last season, Timmy and Lamarcus didn't play well together either, they got in each others way etc. When Timmy got injured around late December, January, Pop experimented with Dworst and at times Kyle got the start at the 4 next to Lamarcus. That was when Lamarcus really took off and played like an Allstar. He really should be transitioning to play as a center.
In fact, this season, Pop stayed big the entire season, 2 traditional bigs. Lamarcus didn't really play that well. He didn't really fit with Pau or Dedmon that well either. It may very well be that he will fit better as the center with a stretch 4 who either playmakes a lot like Kyle or who will be shooting the 3 like Davis and opening up space for others too, letting LMA play more in the paint. I wonder if this kind of thing is what triggered him asking for a trade.
We almost certainly didn't offer what the Warriors did. He was never going to come here.
not going to lie sasaint:
this was hilarious!![]()
how much capspace do the warriors have to be offering these deals? And they still have to re-sign KD
was jus wonderin that!
They must be well over the cap now!
Their owner is expected to pay about a quarter billion dollars in luxury tax. Will be close to a billion with a couple years.
They only need to retain KD and Curry. The rest of them are tradeable assets that can fetch them some younger players plus high picks to safeguard their future.
Guys, may I ask: Why is San Antonio an undesirable location??
sorry, Ive never lived outside my country.......just wanted to know......
(forgive my for my ignorance)
