The Washington Post reports that the pay gap between male and female White House staffers has more than tripled under Trump.

Trump redeveloped it as 70 luxury condos, renaming the building Trump Parc East and selling the units for an average of $3.5 million.
Even Donny Jr. bought one in 2007 for $2 million. In February 2016, Trump listed unit 13G for $790,000, and 14G for $800,000. But two months later, he sold the condos for $350,000 each. HUH!

Well! The gift tax rate is 40%, and 40% of $900,000 is $360,000.

“Why would you show a sale at $350,000 other than to play games for tax purposes?”

Two critical do ents from the case, a transcript and a legal brief, have been discovered and verified, according to Victoria Bekiempis and Stephen Rex Brown of the New York Daily News.
The do ents detail the President’s, “alleged use of undo ented labor to pave the way for Trump Tower,”
and that they, “could soon be unsealed.”

Trump plans to halt entrepreneur visas
In the coming days, the Trump administration will take steps to delay and ultimately rescind an Obama administration rule allowing foreign entrepreneurs to come to the U.S. to start companies, sources familiar with the situation tell Axios.
The details: The rule, called the International Entrepreneur Rule, is scheduled to go into effect July 17. U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services will take a procedural step to postpone that implementation date as soon as Monday, according to sources.
In addition, the agency is expected to start the formal process to eliminate the rule. A USCIS spokesperson said the rule is "under review." More details on the rule here.
Why it matters: Since the rule hasn't yet taken effect, scrapping it won't change anyone's visa status. Still, it's a setback for tech and venture capital firms that supported the rule — and it's another sign of Trump's resolve to restrict visas, even for high-skilled immigrants.
