Worst part is they got him for nothing. Warriors FO is outdoing the Spurs FO at every turn.

RC's forte is supposedly managing salaries when he's sober, not negotiating trades or evaluating talent.

Should've kept Sam Presti and outsourced the number crunching to some cheap bum ass Asian with a calculator.

So sad that Spurs are now consistently outmaneuvered by the champs. So sad.

Man I am high on Dejounte Murray but thus far in Summer league play I haven't seen anything from him that would indicate from the eye test that he would be able to be a legit starting PG in this league.. He is very turnover prone and with no jump shot, its hard to see him exceeding in this league.. I am hoping I am wrong though.

In other words, he's like a Ricky Rubio without the defence and court vision.

Hopefully, he can turn things around before the next game starts. After all, PATFO are supposed to hand him the keys to playmaking duties, not to Kyle Anderson who has dominated similar compe ion in the past.

That's a troll post... since KA is not a PG. That was not the spot he played in SL either where he was a forward (3 and 4).

There are 3 other point guards/combo guards in the team aside from Tony: White, Forbes, Patty. Any of them can steal minutes from Dijon. Patty is already a rotation player, but can play more, Forbes and White may get more minutes than expected if Dijon doesn't get it together. I hope he does get it together. He plays better when he's next to better players IMO.

Nice stat line from bell. Would have been nice if the spurs drafted him instead. Oh well.

Manu4tres going to be peeved. I don't think he will continue to be a Spur fan at this rate. Guys he's wanted have gone on to GSW in the second round... meantime praises he's sung for Dijon hitting a wall...

What a shame. Bell was the right pick at 29. What was Buford thinking...Oh wait I know. He did his friend Ted a solid and took his boy just like when he drafted his son's friend Cory Joseph over Butler (who I and others here wanted at the time).

Last year my favorite two picks for the spurs were murray and mccaw.

    This year it was bell.

So yeah, I feEl manu4tre's pain. It sucks watching the warriors snag the players you like for your favorite team.

If it was another franchise it wouldn't sting as bad though, but it's the ing death star were talking about.

The Spurs are the #8 seed (of 24) in the Vegas Summer League.

The top 8 seeds have a bye today -- the Spurs will play the winner of New Orleans (#24) vs. Atlanta (#9) tomorrow (Thursday). If my schedule is correct, that game should be at 3:00 p.m. (Central Time).
