Let's not forget what happened to your boy Canelo, Oswaldo

I love how Floyd haters will discredit the Canelo beatdown because the fight came too early, even though Floyd himself was 36 and, judging by the Maidana fights, already out of his prime. It's like Floyd can only win over you if he fights at 40 years old against a prime GGG and a prime Alvarez.

LOL, this is nothing more than Al Haymon being smug and allowing Dana to Don King his fighters even more to destroy morale in the locker room and eliminate the compe ion.

And it's also a battle of inferiority complexes between boxing and mma fans.

If Floyd said he voted for Trump then there would be riots by whites, tbh

He'd probably still beat Canelo today, tbh. He hasn't gotten much better, he's gotten bigger though so it'd be more dangerous for old man Floyd. GGG is a natural middleweight though, only re s think Floyd should fight him

They're doing a great job, tbh..race-baiting from McGregor was expected since it's boxing and that's the #1 method to attract white viewers and engage Black people, but wasn't expecting Floyd to bring the public phobia..

off back to MMGay with this "real fight" nonsense. UFC Fighters wouldn't win if they fought against decent local bar brawlers.

Nah. No rules, all out brawl. You think GSP and Conor would win against a good brawler?

What surprised me at the most is the fact that Floyd is genuinely scared of Conor outside the boxing ring.

Did you all see how Conor palmed his head and Floyd did nothing but laugh? Amazing. Now imagine if that was Victor Ortiz or Maidana doing that.

It's all part of the show

I have to give it to Connor though. He did an amazing job promoting this fight. He did all the hard work.

How can anyone respect boxing but not MMA? Help me understand your perspective. Isn't MMA clearly a superior sport with real-world application? Are you so brainwashed by tradition that you just assume boxing is better because you've been watching it longer?

yeah because boxing is a much better emulation of a "real fight" than mma

And what's the deal with all those "yeah, yeah, yeah".

I know the real reason he is doing this, it's because his brain is too slow so he's buying time to say something.

Who gives a about "real world applicaiton" in sports? Just people who say "lol this dude who knows mma will kill ur boxer"

It's about preference, boxing is a refined sport with a clear set of rules and MMA is more chaotic with more of a relaxed set of rules. Some people prefer just an hour of straight up striking, others like to watch striking, wrestling, whatever is legal goes kind of thing.
