Sadly 40 year old Manu probably best point guard on this roster.
While we are at it imagine what prime 1994 David Robinson would have down against the Warriors. I have heard his back has recovered. I'm pretty sure we could get him for cheap.

Is this what this offseason has devolved to? See if the Gasol and Manu mummies come back?![]()
you said: "And this guys supposed to be the ultimate team-player and true professional. Rofl"
not exactly the same things
Yup. After the Summer of Simmons... who spurned the Spurs btw.... there's nothing left.I suppose Euroleague games are coming up. Can watch Bertans there but not that excited about him after he was so meh in summer league.
Not a bad plot, i hope not to see Tom Cruise playing for the Spurs in this movie
Well, the basic history is preserved. They're just taking more poetic license. I won't do spoilers; but I read the book, so I have an idea of exactly what's what. But they aren't making any pivotal changes to the history.
The longer it goes, seems to me, the more he's leaning retirement
you manu haters... get that outta here
I'm sorry Manu, you are one of my favourite players ever, but what in the are you waiting for? Either retire or announce you're coming back. Stop ing around. What the F is he waiting for? Either you want to play or you don't. If you feel you can still play at a high level and your body can take it, stop messing around and announce something, anything.
I think he wants to know how he feels after his 40 year old body has recovered and he's considering entering preseason.. maybe he thinks "nah that".
The Spurs didn't make the finals so his body has plenty of time to recover. He didn't suffer any significant injuries, so he should know by now if it's anything to do with his body. TD last off-season, I read that he started his normal workouts after taking a few weeks off at the end of the season like he normally does, and his good knee would not respond, did not respond the way he expected it to, so that was the main reason he called it quits. Manu's not in the same boat with an injury like Tim picked up halfway through that season so I don't see why it's taking so long.
He's reading Spurstalk an all other Spurs related sites, an feeling not wanted. Therefore he's not sure what he wants to do.
I think Manu is inclined to hang 'em up, but Pop is begging him to come back.
Multiple sauces of mine confirm manu isn't even sure. Sepo thinks he is getting dimentia. He's getting kind of old.
Last Wednesday he was coming back.
Last Thursday he was excited about argentina's chances in the 2004 olympics and thought they could win gold.
Last Friday he was leaning towards retiring.
Manu still waiting on that one year deal from 76ers or Nets for leverage.
I think FO knows exactly what Manu will do.
Manu(Brett Favre)Ginobili needs to be sure of his future you guys. It's important to be patient!!!

Still no decision...
Yep
The only prima donnas here are the ones demanding that Manu "make a decision" NOW. His decision isn't holding back any of the FO's short term or long term plans. Settle down people.
Manu was one of the only Spurs players playing with any heart and compe ive fire in the post-Kawhi injury Warriors series. His compe ive drive isn't easily replaceable.
