I really can't argue with that. But I still like some of the pieces that the Clips ended up with. Whether they fit together remains to be seen. I like Beverly. (Before the Spurs loaded up on inexperienced backcourt prospects, I really wanted to see them figure out a way to get him.) And they seem to have a real SF at long last in Galinari (a health risk, as you said). Plus, I think many of their holdovers will feel a sense of relief and freedom without CP3. So, I expect the Clips will play a different style with some highly motivated players. If they stumble badly, I could see them replace Doc, though.
