It could have been one of those round Cheetos.
If it was a round Cheeto, then it would imply that he had normal size hands. Then that would mean the caricature was pointing out his disproportionately small body.
Google aliexpress brah. Basically the Chinese eBay. Ive seen some on there. Shipping isn't the fastest since its coming directly from China but I've ordered a couple jerseys and hats from there with no issues.

I can see them fine. And I have my screen fairly zoomed out. But even before I noticed the seems, I knew it was a basketball because the graphic doesn't make sense otherwise. You have a terrible eye for art.
