Agreed. He actually shot relatively well last season in jumpshots he took. He has a very slow release.. it was worse, horrific in college. It looks better now.
However, developing a Mamba mentality
he might have to work on that with Kawhi and Murray this summer. .. Murray has quite the mamba mentality he just can't shoot.

Wait to see all this offseason-early enthusiasm slowly fading with time and bad results..."They were signed players, trading players..Tried to get better, to be a winning organization but they made some bad decisions...It didn't work. It's hard to watch the playoffs on my couch, again"

What a ing joke. Spurs had great flexibility in 2018 to either resign green and/or gay plus pursue a good FA when LMA leaves. Instead they traded that option away for the privilege of overpaying gasol in 2018 by 10 million and as an added bonus, locked up a chunk of cap space in 2019 as well.
I've never been a fire pop/buford kind of guy but someone needs to be fired for this move. The contract was just that bad and I wonder how long until the ownership group realizes the FO and Pop just burned away their money and chances of reloading in the next couple of years.
Yeah 2018 was always the plan. The gasol deal ed it really bad. We really need to trade. I mean really really need too. And trade for contracts that are 2 years long.
