$61 million to reimburse law enforcement agencies for the costs of protecting Trump and his family when they are at his private properties in New York and Florida.

Basically the press secretary admitted Trump helped write Jr.'s Russian meeting statement. The first one where he said they only talked about adoptions in the meeting even though by Don Jr.'s own admission and consequently second statement saying otherwise, the press secretary called Trump's statement accurate.
Not only did she admit Trump played a part in the statement..but also that he knew it was a lie to begin with as per Jr.s second statement where he s all over his initial stand.
