Even then. Been too tall can actually become a health issue. Your bones can become too brittle or some . I remember seeing a program about gigantism. ed up desease that can kill you in your 30s or early 40s.

yeah, being over 6'5" and under 5'0" (for a guy) correlates with shorter longevity. But most tall people don't have "gigantism", yes that kills you in your early 40s because it ruins your heart but it's not all that common actually.
