Like they said he couldn't afford a lawyer...and he can't so...
So you want a more politically correct wording?
Like they said he couldn't afford a lawyer...and he can't so...
Okay, well given that reality, yea I agree with your initial assessment of conflict of interest.
I would disagree with you on the sidebar point; but who gives a if it's not applicable.
#SaveChumpDumper
I wouldn't say I want it one way or the other, tbh. But it is a tweet that condescends against poor people and public defenders for that matter. And I am basically pointing out that under more typical cir stances, they would not do that. So, it's hypocrisy on their end.
Wtf are you talking about?
Lol what? It's pretty much the same wording as read in the Miranda rights
It's a shame the mob didn't dispense their own justice and save the tax payers some money.
Wut?
Private attorney appointed for him by the court (i.e. paid for by the court)
Bas s who hit and run over crowds in Daddys ty sports car should just get the rope.
Okay. But it's still not how the media would typically frame it. Imagine if it was a black guy in the news. You think they'd be announcing that the poor shmuck couldn't afford private counsel?
I'm not going to argue that. I'm not trying to defend the guy. But that doesn't mean I won't call out all the bull , before and after the fact.
Pretty sure they do it all the time. I know I've heard of people being assigned public defenders. Not sure where I would've heard it other than a media outlet
I mean, I guess I've probably seen it framed that way in some instances; but I'd say it's not the norm.
Keep fighting bro! Viva la resistance!
Would you say that the Nazi flag is a white power flag? And if so, would you say it offends you?
yes
what in your opinion is a more sensitive way to say a murder defendant cant afford a lawyer? in 140 characters pls.
Spurstacular one upping Darrins up and here.![]()
darrin seems a little shook by this weekend, like hes starting to rethink some things. his hearts not in it like usual.
thats a good thing. credit where credits due.
Yes to both.
I'm not arguing the sensitivity vs. insensitivity. And surely you know the answer to your own question all the same.
I see. And did it offend you then, when the 1968 Olympians held up black power fists?
Not really? They didn't kill millions of people so seemed less threatening.
That black power fist was like equivalent to the Holocaust for you?
actually i have no idea how to report this story without it being a " off to poor people" as you put it, because i dont know why you came to that conclusion in the first place.
