On topic, this violence on both sides bull . First of all, we don't know who threw the first goddamn punch, so no one, including Trump has the logical ground to cast blame in that area.

What is 100 percent verified fact, however, is that these Rednecks were flying Nazi flags and doing Nazi salutes on American soil, while invoking Nazi ideology (which is something that killed a good 30-40 million people) and connecting said ideology to their utopic version of the United States.

You want to talk about white genocide and white iden y? How about the 6 million white people Hitler threw into ovens? Oh, they were "evil" Jews. Don't count. Or the 20 million dead Soviets. Oh, commies don't count. How about the one million British, American, and French dead then? To tolerate the flying of that flag and the spouting of that ideology on American soil by American people is an insult to all the Americans who died trying to eradicate that in' pox from the world.

That Trump didn't come out and explicitly say such (i.e. "While it's their right, I personally condemn and distance myself from any form of Nazism, White Supremacy, and the like. And I think those people are an insult to the brave American men who fought and died to rid the world of Hitler's Nazi regime.") He won't do that, because the man is obviously sympathetic to them. Good old Fred Trump was a KKK member after all.

And for Culburn to support this dip is surprising. Dollars to donuts Culburn's dad fought in WW2, as did the fathers and grandfathers of many republicans who still continue to match in lockstep with this asshole because he irritates greenhaired "SJWs" and/or holds the holy (R) beside his name.

I don't give a about his policies anymore. And neither should anyone. "Oh, he can be a Nazi as long as he cuts my taxes!" that. You don't call out Nazis, you're basically one of them, and that means you're the goddamn s of the Earth with NO redeeming qualities.

While it's truly outstanding to see the hypocrisy of American's flying Nazi flags or pining for an ethno-state of whites, that hypocrisy doesn't somehow exonerate progressive activists, or Antifa, or BLM from resorting to violence to shut the nazis up.

There was violence on both sides and both sides are to blame. That does not mean that both sides are equally to blame -- there's no question that Nazi assholes who kill people are exponentially more blameworthy than their counterparts. But that also doesn't exonerate those on the other side from blame.

Trump is right that there's plenty of blame to go around to everyone. He stops being right if he thinks the blame is equal. But let's not pretend this narrative is so simple as violent Nazi's vs. passive liberal protestors.

Thing is, we don't know who instigated it, who threw the first rock, first punch, swung the first club. For all we know, the leftist protesters could've been defending themselves. The only 100% factual thing we do know is that dip rednecks were invoking Nazism, which is the most reprehensible ideology in human history. When a person flies that flag, they're basically saying to anybody who isn't a part of their idealized master race, "You belong in an oven."

Not surprising when a person gets punched in that scenario. Like if a guy came up to you and insulted your mother, I'd understand why you knocked him the out. You indeed broke the law, but I wouldn't necessarily denounce your actions. And I lean pacifist, but some words are indeed "fighting words."
