Like I said, it's a weird question. It's perfectly reasonable to assume she was nonviolent counter protester, in fact that's the most likely and logical conclusion, and it's odd that you're so hung up on it.

Why is it not reasonable to assume she went there looking for violence?

No history of violence, no evidence of violence, no reason to believe more than a few counter protesters were there for violence, no reason to believe she was specifically targeted for violence, but let's not jump to conclusions that she was nonviolent.

And I'm not saying she was, I'm just trying to figure out how or why RandomGuy made such a definitive statement on her intentions.

Do you assume she went there looking to fight?

    Yes or no.

    I say no.

There were of course people that went there to protest peacefully. I want to know how RandomGuy knows for a fact she was one of them.
I take the word of her mother. It seems reasonable to do so.

I knew you'd like that one but the fact is people show up in droves to oppose this stuff, and just because a few of your Antifa boogeymen were there doesn't mean there weren't thousands who went there simply to yell and shame the Nazis.

    I say no.
I'd need more info on why she was there to begin with.

If she was just there to protest racism I assume no.
If she was there to support Antifa I assume yes.

She didn't deserve to die either way.

In all the media coverage, have you seen even one thing to indicate she was there to support antifa?

    Yes or no.

    I have not.

That same mother that didn't block her from going down there. A real asshole there.

But, you can see both parents are eating this up. It's the biggest thing to happen in their livesPERIOD

Because there is no evidence she was there looking for violence, and people who knew her said otherwise. If she was, you mother ers would have dug up the dirt already, of that I am pretty goddamn sure.

Even if she was, did she deserve to be murdered?

Number of people who went there specifically looking for violence? Maybe a few dozen. And most of them out of towners. She was local.

I support antifa. I think we should all be anti-fascist.

I support BLM. I think the police should not shoot unarmed black people as much as they do.

I do not support violence, and my support ends when that happens.

It is entirely possible to support the non-violent aims of a group, without supporting tactics.

I have never and will never support nazis or white supremacists so stop trying to lump me in with them. I've already said multiple times she didn't deserve to die regardless of her intentions at the rally.

I am going to go ahead and put you on ignore.

Congrats. You are the third person to be on that list in 13 years.

Could have been somewhere else but was pretty sure I read it here in this thread. I'll see if I can find it.

What are the non-violent aims of Antifa and how do they achieve them through non-violence?
