Boxing jumped the shark tonight.
Who you got?
Boxing jumped the shark tonight.
As I said before, its a ing business and they always protect their darlings, this is another BS by Muhafraud Claynus.
Will have to rewatch. Circa 7 or 8, Floyd threw a low blow. I didn't go back to see how square it landed, if it did.
feel legit bad for all the Irish fans that were on my flight to Vegas today, tbh...
nobody gonna bump the Mmmmmgay thread?![]()
Conor's lack of training cost him as the match went on. He didn't know how to defensively use his hands or fight out of the crouch and he ran out of stamina quicker because of it. Also, I don't think he knew how to position himself offensively in the clenches. One thing I'll say is that it was su ious that he would back off at certain times; a part of me wonders if he was ever allowed to win this fight.
Five five minute MMA rounds can be more brutal than ten three minute boxing rounds in boxing, tbh. But like I was just saying, I think CM suffered from not knowing how preserve energy in the boxing ring.
Yea, any time the purses get too big, gets rigged. NBA fans know all about that.
I wonder what happens in a Fraud match if the opponents decides to not attack him so both guys stand in a corner looking each other until the fight ends.
Fraud runs because the other idiot goes to waste energy on chasing him and trying to land punches, but what if he does the same?
A push down. Impressive.
Now let's look at where that fat Argie pig is at now
![]()
No, people like Don King and Elvis Parker are. Boxing ate itself.
Fraud wins a decision every time. It's preordained.
TBH, this fight seems rigged as .
Because before the second fight Fraud gave him so much under the table money to lose that he quit boxing, see how Fraud lost the first fight and his face ended up like a rotten potato and nothing happened to Maidana, Fraud ego got hurt so he quickly called for a rematch and gave him everything he wanted to do a dull fight, Maidana accepted retired from boxing and the Fake clown made dumb dumbs think the first Mai fight was an anomaly.
The pre and post fight reactions from people are pathetic. In one corner, sensitive white people with small penises who only wanted potatonegro to win so they could feel better about themselves. In the other corner, insecure, angry black people and their virtue-signaling "allies," desperate to score points in any way possible against "The Man" (so that they can feel better about themselves.) Feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings....
The reality is that one of the best boxers of all time toyed with and then destroyed a dude who was in way over his head. That's it. That's all. Anybody who thinks there's more to it is a part of the problem in this country. Green is the only color that matters, and both of these dudes are laughing all the way to the bank. Black people will still wake up poor and fatherless, white people will still wake up sensitive and endowed like gnats. Move on. Neither Floyd nor Conor give a about you iden y obsessed gots... Unless you're washing their Bugatti or shining their fancy shoes, lol.
Lol at y'all not dealing with reality.![]()
It was a great speech except that part was dumb and also showed your feelings.
It's not rigged, spurts. I called it before that McGregor would get gassed, everybody who seen him fight knew he can't go 12 rounds. Fight was in 8oz so he was taking harder punches than anybody else fighting Floyd at 154 would.
You combine fatigue with an unusually aggressive and harder hitting Mayweather, you have a KO'd McGregor. If he didn't clinch so much he'd be down in the 8th
That's a fair take. Lol, endowed like gnats.![]()
Just because a dude does "better than expected" doesn't mean he shoulda woulda coulda won if x, y or z.
CM never had a chance this fight. It was all up to Floyd on how this was gonna play out.
Let's see. Floyd one of the greatest of all time? Check. Conor in way over his head? Check. Fight called because Conor couldn't even raise his hands? Check. Conor unable to land anything that could even remotely hurt Floyd? Check. He was destroyed, dissected, and out-smarted. By a 40 year old. Qualifies for me. There was never going to be another outcome unless shenanigans were involved.
It wouldn't go one round MMA, tbh.
Connor put up a decent effort for 5 rounds, Tbh. He landed, caught Floyd off guard, put some unorthodox style into practical use.
If he had the stamina to go 12, he'd probably do okay against mid-tier boxers
Lloyd wasn't doing enough for him to be that gassed. And CM looked like he was pulling his punches.
