You can always hope but you have bipartisan support of legislation proposed to prevent Trump from interfering with Mueller and the dems will vote as a bloc against something like this.
The amendment, reported on by The Hill on Monday, says that no money made available by the act could be used to fund Mueller's probe any later than 180 days after its enactment. The amendment also would apply to any "matters occurring before June 2015," which is when President Donald Trump first announced his candidacy.
