    I can't find the article now, but there was a poll of citizens about updating old voting equipment to more secure systems.

    The Repugs were against updating by a huge majority over the Dems.

    Repug pols at Fed and state level are almost totally against upgrading voting systems.

    They hide behind the lie of "saving money" (so Repugs can enrich the oligarchy) but of course old machines are easier to hack, the results than are secure new systems

    eg, Repug House voted to eliminate the EAC, Election Assistance Commission.
