I think you want to stall to get off topic. The info on that is easily accessible I'm sure. Using your prior logic, if you gave a about that, you'd just look it up yourself. So, let's just put this in a hypothetical: If hand counting worked within 1-3 days, would it be worth utilizing to get rid of a system that could be electronically hacked?

Unfortunately asking for more details from government is complicated, as apparently DHS is all in with secrecy on the subject...:

Thats what any of us would do. If our house is broken into we dont cry about it publicly for the next 4 years. We buy a bunch of locks, sensors and cameras to catch the next bas that tries to get in.
More hilarious, IMO, is how the tables have turned... from 'voter fraud everywhere!' to 'lol voting fraud'...
Plus, when we talk about the US, we're really talking about government and especially government contractors...

That said, you would need a massive attack that seems pretty unlikely, even if you had physical access to the machines, you would need to be in a lot of places at the same time.
In light of that, the angle of Russian interference in the campaign through marketing becomes way more legitimate compared to this (which doesn't mean it conclusively was a factor).
Conspiracies involving many people are easily exposed, because people talk. That's why I've always been skeptical of RussiaCollusionGate.
Frankly, that's very debatable when it comes to intel ops.
Then again, regardless if it happened or not, there's no doubt in my mind that Shillary being a terrible candidate had way more influence than any facebook ads, etc...
Yet Russian ops felt they still needed to interfere...
