I have that card. But, unfortunately it's been folded and broken into 3 separate pieces.
I bought a box of 1980-81 Topps packs way back in the day for like $20 and pulled probably 5 or 6 of those cards.
Man, in hindsight, I bet most of us wish we had our collections from our childhood.
I had the Shaq rookie card that was worth the most- the UpperDeck one me thinks. A load of the 89 Admiral RotYs but always loved all the artwork cards.
Ah here we go... this was my sig after the 2005 Spurs le here

I think I have a signed Scottie Pippen Fleer Ultra (part of the set) somewhere. Also have some Shaq/Robinson rookie cards. My kid is raiding those boxes in the basement, and I was shocked to find how much those Jordan Upper Deck holograms are worth. I think they are going for like $20 or something like that. I thought they were worthless.
I'm trying to think of how much that card was worth intact when I was in the market.
I seem to remember buying my card (the 3 separate pieces one) for like 40 dollars waaaaaaay back in the day. Like ~1990. I want to say the original was like $500 at that time. I couldn't justify spending that much on one card.
But, my David Robinson rookie card was by far my most memorable. It's the SOLE reason I'm a Spurs fan to this day. I bought one pack of Hoops card and was so young that I didn't even know what I had. I didn't know which cards were worth anything or just commons. Gave the cards to my older brother to look through, and he told me that the D. Robinson card was the most expensive card in the entire set. I was floored. Been a Spurs fan ever since, and this was when the Spurs had no championships. Still got the card to this very day....a self found one.
whats the beckett price estimate on that??
Not basketball but this is the oldest card I have.
Or at least did have. My kid had it glued to her notebook a few weeks ago. Not sure if it's still there.

Had that at one point before selling my collection.
Of course not, bro.
I have a second year Larry Bird card. It's not the coveted rookie card though. It's in the closet and I don't want to dig it out to confirm the image. Actually, I'm not even sure where it is. I just figure it's somewhere.
