    Tannerite is rather expensive for large sums, but it's not uncommon to have 100lbs for some events. Ammonium nitrate and a catalyst are relatively inexpensive, so you can dilute the two and make more raw material.

    Did I say indiscriminately?

    Truly innocent civilians in Chicago are already getting killed by at an outrageously alarming rate, way more than unjustly being gunned down cops. It's a mess there and someone has to clean it up. If you want it fixed, unfortunately, a byproduct will be innocent people possibly getting profiled, cuffed and questioned.

    My point is, if you really want to help clean up the mess, you will have to understand that profiling might happen and find a way to deal with it without screaming racism and uploading videos every time it happens. If you can't, won't, don't want to accept it, fine, then fix the problem yourself. But it hasn't been fixed yet, and there is no end in sight.
