Murrays game so far has been everything i want for him this year
Manu, go sit down please.

Nah, it's just Becky doing the coaching instead of Pop.
Forbes definitely has it going on.
Again trying to restrain myself from any conclusions. Preseason game after all.
If he keeps this up, Pop will put him on the IR for the next 10 games.
Forbes is a black hole, imo. He never looks for anyone else.
Then he makes his next two.![]()
and it's a shame... no matter how well he does he likely doesn't get a real shot at the rotation
he can eventually get a contract elsewhere. A good sign for me, this team is not as dependent on Manu as it used to be.
Again, I have to check myself from any conclusions. Preseason game after all.
and Becky coaching...![]()
I'm not gonna lie, i legit feel confident in her ability to coach. She's gonna be the first female head coach one day imo
Any black hole that makes 18 points on 8 shots is welcome to keep shooting.
agreed. His talent is really shooting and scoring, that is the role from where anything else flows, like if he's blitzed or denied, then do something else.. but he has to be aggressive looking to score. If he isn't he'll be out of the league.
agreed on Becky. I have been rooting for her since her first season.
feel the same way. just playing the cards he has. he's a shooter and shot maker... if he's not shooting he has really no use out there, especially if he's making his shots.
Have to see this more often. Not just in Vegas or the preseason. Obviously, this is welcome if he's going to be out shooting our bricklayers Green and Mills.
My only problem with Forbes is that he'll pull up with hand in his face rather than give it to the wide open guy on the wing, which he has already done several times this game. Reminds me of Parker at his heroball worst.
Again, if he does this more often, I really don't have a problem with him, tbh. If anything, it makes me even more upset about the Pity Mills contract.
but on the Murray front, he pretty much had a perfect half relative to the flaws we all have noticed. He's been keeping the ball low, limiting turnovers and fouls, playing solid on d and offense and just being a solid floor general. Very positive signs. Night and day from summer league.
