If we had a kicker worth just half a , we would be 5-1.
On RB Kyle Porter...he was limited in practice on Tuesday due to the chest injury he sustained against OU last weekend, according to OrangeBloods.
He is supposed to go non-contact in practice today, but no decision has been made if he'll play against OK State.

How good is er?
I have no clue, but he did break Lake Travis' FG record this year with a 53-yarder.
Herman and Coach Naivar obviously like him enough to put him on scholarship.
This is one I genuinely don't have a feel for since the timing is odd for both Michigan and Texas, and Clemson would be a shocker.
Muhammad hasn't been to Michigan in six months or Texas in three months, but he's all of a sudden ready to make a decision.
I do think UT has several things working in their favor...
-proximity to Houston.
-his mother is a UT grad and a doctor, so education is a big factor.
-almost all of the elite players, and his friends, in Houston are going to UT.
-Herman has pulled off several recruiting surprises already with Rising, Rondale, Wood-Anderson and possibly Cook at the end of the month.
-speaking of Cook, does Muhammad's timing have do to with the fact that UT has recently jumped out in front with him? Could Muhammad know Cook is going UT and that's helped him make a decision?
Everyone is still thinking Michigan, however.
Without looking it up I think he was rated the #1 kicker in the country.
EDIT: 247 just updated their composite today and he is #2 in the country.
I know these things don't always play out but this is the first I'm hearing of his mom being a UT grad! Wow...that's great news.

I forgot to mention to watch out for tweets to Muhammad on Friday from current players and commitments, or the coaching staff dropping hints.
That is usually a good sign that it will go UT's way.
Inside Texas saying 2020 QB Bryce Young of Los Angeles, CA has re-scheduled his visit for Thanksgiving weekend.
24/7 reporting OL Cameron Wire of Gonzales, LA will take an official visit to UT at some point.
The Texas commitments are recruiting him hard.

Per 24/7, OG Jake McMillon was back at practice yesterday and should be playing against OK State after suffering a hand injury in the K-State game.
