well it's that LMA wants to fade typically and Gay wants to get to the lane. He's got more natural talent than LMA. LMA uses his length to get a shot off while Gay has elite one on one skills and it shows when he gets these layups out of nowhere. So far he gets like 1 or 2 per game since preseason. So I guess, in a close game with the game on the line you go to Gay w/o Leonard cause he'll get a higher percentage shot.

Yeah Gay's ability to dribble makes posting him a much better option than lma. If he's in bad position he'll dribble in and get physical like ZBO. If lma is in bad position he'll take a turnaround shot.
