I did recommend checking out the 14th amendment, and brought up an example of how such amendment, especially the equal protection clause, does actually enshrines equality, at least under the law. For all your blabber, you've yet to come up with something that's not mere opinion.

Third time you make a claim over something I allegedly said, that I did not say, and you provide no quotes for it. I'm actually an american citizen, respectful of the law of the land, and trying to educate angry lazy rednecks like you that can't stop talking about muh cons ution and never read one, much less understand the law, which is, like it or not, ever changing.

No, you cherry picked when you said the baker baking some blah blah blah, and the fact is not even that is settled yet. The SCOTUS will pick up on that soon because there's actually contradicting rulings by lower courts. So the only example you bring, is actually a useless, stupid example (one that, if you didn't actually heard about it on Fox News, you wouldn't have brought up). On the other hand, we do know the 14th Amendent has been used to provide equality under the law for things such as marriage licenses regardless of sexual preferences, employment regardless of race, sex, religion, etc. Now, the argument that the 14th Amendment doesn't cover all instances of whatever anybody deems equality is valid, but it should be built on actual examples that make sense.

Furthermore, don't even go to the "but, but, illegals have no cons utional rights!" (including under the 14th Amendment)... That was settled way back and reaffirmed by the SCOTUS: More recently, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Zadvydas v. Davis (2001) that "due process" of the 14th Amendment applies to all aliens in the United States whose presence maybe or is "unlawful, involuntary or transitory."
