Paddy is a great guy. One of my all-time favorite off the court guys/good teammates. He cant just let himself go after getting a big contract and expect anyone to stand behind him though.
Can't even enjoy the way the team plays this year either, just disgusting basketball.

It might take 2 forests and taking back a bad deal that lasts through next year to dump Mills.
There is no market for a backup zero playmaking no defense poor shooting fat six foot 2 guard.
His deal is like those other genius 12:01 contracts, Mozgov and Noah.

There's zero incentive to play Forbes over White. He already lost his spot to Paul, and needs to be behind White now.
Forbes doesn't have the defensive or playmaking potential that Simmons brought to the table to justify the opportunities he got.
He's on the last year of his contract. White has many years left of team control.
Forbes won't be getting his value up much for trade.
Pop should just give it up and go to White.

White may have 3 more seasons under team control than Forbes, but he's likely to be just as blocked from a path to the rotation in that timeframe, which is why he was a wasted pick.
Forbes hasn't shot it well, but he at least offers the possibility of quick strike offense, which is why Bertans and him should have a bigger role right now.

It didn't matter. The play was for Patty. He got a clean look. Should he have been the one taking the shot? is the question, but Kyle delivered a pass right in his shooting hands and Pop's play worked to get him a good look.
