I really didn't think it would matter, tbh. Obama's 2012 campaign was even worse but he had managed to steal every swing state other than NC. To me, that will always be something that makes me wonder exactly what happened there; I went into it expecting the fix to be in.

Okay. I believe that Nate Silver had all but called the election for Hillary in the interim between the debates and the Comey letter. To paraphrase, she was up 10 going into the debates, and Trump threw a pick six. I guess if you're calling 17 point spreads of football metaphors "close," then it's what you believe.

He was giving Hillary a 93% like 8 weeks before election day. On election day he was giving Trump a 28% chance of winning.
He's just like all the pollsters that make multiple predictions and/or make the race close just before election day so they can claim they were right or close no matter what happens. Pretty much everyone (even Ducks) thought Hillary was going to win so it's no big deal he was wrong. I just don't understand why you always suck Nate Silver's like he's something special.

Just goes to show what charm and personality can get you (Bill vs Hillary). IMO, she knew what was going on - how can a smart, intelligent woman who's known him for x years not know - she covered up for Chelsea (because no matter what faithless, s -bag he is, he's still her daughter's "daddy" and for her own personal ambition - getting into the White House on his coattails or her own future political goals.
