All mindless trolling aside, I wonder what's going on with Patty. Is this just a random deep slump? Has his shot changed? Are they defending him differently? Are the players around him somehow not setting him up properly.

It looks somewhat mental to me. Like he knows he's in a slump, so he's pressing which makes it worse.
All slumps are mental. Hes shooting better than manu. Its game 7.

He is getting good looks and has to keep shooting.
it's just a bad moment to be in a slump bc Spurs do miss his scoring outbursts, when they are also missing Kawhi's and Tony's. It's too much to overcome.
I am hoping he will bounce back. I saw some hustle plays from him that gave me hope he's not complacent. I remember him being streaky on the road last season too. There was just Kawhi and the team was whole to compensate most of the time, now it stands out more. I tend to think he will be fine eventually. I was hoping this was it, but instead BP3 had the awesome game. At least it was something.

Agree BP3 is looking like a real find. And as you say Patty just needs to keep shooting.

Patty's issues are beyond just shooting. He doesn't look like he belongs on an NBA court.

Time to watch Bruce Bowen and the rest of the Clippers broadcast team call their game with the Warriors!

(ESPN must have let him go in the mass purge.)

You and Dex trying to spin these PATFO moves

Listen, it’s flattering that you seem to think about me so much, but I don’t swing that way, bro.

You’ll have to take your troll bait somewhere else.

I don’t want to sound melodramatic but we saw the same thing in the playoffs against GSW without Kawhi. All if the GSW Backup PG seemed better, and I am not talking about Curry, but all of Livingston, Ian Clark, McCaw all looked better than Patty. He was like the worst guard the entire series.

    1- he's a scrub
2- our bigs make the worst screens in basketball history, Gasol is really pathetic

I agree about the screens. Lamarcus also doesn’t like contact with screens either. I thought out of all King Joff did, the first few games, screen setting was his best skill. Lee last season was a great screen setter too.

Rewatched the game last night. Murray basically gave this game away. Starting at 2:16 left in the second quarter he had like 2 turnovers that gave momentum to the celtics then he gets subbed out. Then Pop subs him in for defense and he fouls Kyrie for the 3 point play. He then plays like trash in the 3rd. Paul and Gay get us close but we couldn't get all the way back

Thanks for the recap. I am glad you are honest bc I know you like Dijon quite a bit and root for him but he made way too many mistakes. I don't know what Pop can do bc he was out of control for a while and Patty hasn't been playing well either.
