You want a real laugh go read the thread where Woj broke the news.

Too many people calling it a fine deal or good deal for people who supposedly watch Spurs games.

If he keeps starting maybe he can run some of that fat off and he'll move from worst to second worst.

    Dare to dream!

Pop started Patty, I wonder why...To boost his confidence? Or just because DJ doesn't look either? Didn't hear postgame interviews but I'd like to know the reason.

Dejonte can show inconsistency. After all hes's just 20 y o but again, I wonder why Pop benched him after only 7 games.

He can't use the fruit of their labor on one player. Anyways it's a good motivational tool for Dejounte.

If it helps Dejonte I'm fine but seems too early to make that move.

I don't think there has ever been a more gross "what were they thinking?" question in modern Spurs history than when discussing these Mills/Gasol contracts of last summer..

At least with Gasol it's just age, not lack of desire. But what were they thinking giving big money to Mills when he refuses to get into shape?

this aussie fat really did it, worst point guard in the entire league.
For reference, RJ’s PER was 11.15 when we shipped his got ass to the Bay in 2012

I've only watched half of tonight's game so far but the most ed up part about Fatty's deal is that Pop had an upgrade right in front of him for a fraction of the price.

Forbes is that same type of spark plug player off the bench but hes bigger, more athletic, and has a solid in-between game. Couldve had Juice and Tyreke Evans for the same price they paid Fatty smh.

But Kawhi was so much better in every way too, he became expendable.

If you want 50Mills to be expendable the other guards have to be balling much better than him and he has to continue sucking.

The underlining factor is that Juice and Evans are quite ball dominant to truly play at their best. That meant taking the ball from Manu and breaking up the Mills/Manu tandem. I don't think Pop was even remotely interested in that. Juice knew it and he also didn't want to be a part of that... and Evans took a measly 3 mills to play in Memphis which were so lacking in perimeter play outside of Conley....

I know it's going to be unpopular, but it's the truth. HOpefully 50Mills and Manu rectify their start to the season and pull through bc Pop isn't breaking them up now or until Manu retires.

Manu is doing just fine. He can look overwhelmed against the elite but it's expected at 45 years old. Plus he's making peanuts.

    Fatty OTOH...
