Muellers investigation will use the charges against Manafort, and more importantly, the threat of the mentioned, but uncharged offenses as leverage to get this dishonest Republican -head to flip on his Republican boss or other people in the Republican presidential campaign who appear to have done some illegal, shady in order to win the election for the Republican party.
They will be used as a basis for probable cause to keep digging.

So the indictment purposely left off any mention of Manafort colluding with Russia to steal the election or there was nothing found on Manafort colluding with Russia to steal the election. It's one or the other which is it?
I see no evidence that the attempted murder suspect actually killed anyone.
