Bledsoe has injected the Bucks with a lot of energy on the defensive end. They don't normally play this well defensively. Usually when a player gets traded in his first game he will have a great game or a terrible game. Spurs just had the misfortune of being the first team to play the Bucks with Bledsoe.

I think it has mixed results. It's worked before, and it's been ineffective before. Much like quick timeouts. either way, its been a philosophy of his for a while now. I'm sure it's not surprise to these guys. Just need to play better

"Mixed results" means it doesn't work. There has to be a consistent positive difference for it to be a positive strategy. Otherwise, it's just caught up in the noise. What is apparent is that Pop cares about keeping his rotation consistent, and these types of subs ruin that, both for the players taken out, and the ones coming in. You can't keep doing that for "mixed results".

I just tend to think he has a good feel for what he's doing out there. We've seen times where guys play like crap and he let's them rock and figure it out.

If he's pulling guys quick, it's likely because they had a certain game plan/strategy and guys screwed it up. I think the arm chair coaching on this site is crazy in general

Mixed results means it works sometimes. Nothing works all the time in sports anyway. He's been consistent with that approach
