2- Ellinger is going to be just fine. Needs to stay away from those " Oh No Romo Moments", but he's a gamer.
3- Happy for all the players for getting to a bowl game, it has been a while. While 6 or 7 or even 8 wins is total suckage, we're headed in the right direction.
Anyone check the temperature on Damarkus Lodge and Greg Little...are they feeling remorse as well. Care to help the home team?
UCLA may change things in regards to the Kelly scenario.
Gary Johnson is an absolute baller. Sure wish we had he and Malik together on the field one more year. I think once Malik is gone Anthony Wheeler steps in to his position at MLB. Should still be a good combo.
Agreed, and I think they expedited the Mora termination in hopes of getting their foot in the door.
I'd take Greg Little in a new york minute, but they can keep Lodge.
I honestly don't see how any of them were dumb enough to go there thinking all was well, everyone of them likely accepted money from someone in that program.
If Sumlin somehow beats LSU, I actually think he will be staying. At lease one more year would be the topper to the season.
It will definitely make things interesting moving forward, I'm curious how the Ags are going to handle the whole situation. I really didn't think they were going to be players for Kelly, not with Tennessee, Florida and now UCLA all in the picture. I think they will be 4th or 5th in the pecking order when it comes to available coaches. But luckily for them there are a number of good up and coming coaches out there.
I think both Matt Campbell and Frank Wilson of UTSA are both going to be fantastic coaches. What Cambell has done at ISU is nothing short of remarkable.
if he beats LSU he should stay. the risk/reward of a new hire is too tenuous so a dismissal of sumlin would have to be without doubt. BUT LSU should win rather handily. kelly to a&m rumors simmered down quite a bit this year and notions of fisher or sweeney to a&m or the stuff of fantasy. james franklin would be a long shot as well. perhaps they would have a shot at scott frost. wilson is likely a season or two away from being a hot commodity. and i agree on campbell.
