He’s been overhyped on this board, his shot is cringe worthy right now.

His ceiling is pretty high as a 3rd option imo. But his floor is looking low.

He plays like anderson on some nights and others he tries to take control. I still say its mental. Torn ligaments 4 times. Its a different mental game after each injury.

Would like to see him take 2 weeks off to polish up his game and get some much needed rest. It's a long ass season.

He's one of the best finishers we have in the paint, and he defends pretty well. I like what he gives us.

Some much needed garbage time confidence booster on this game, tbh. Ha had been sucking for a long ass time before that stint.

He has been brutal for many games already until the garbage time. If he's banged up, he needs a rest game. If he's not banged up, Pop needs to figure out how to get him going and play better. Whatever it is, changes in sets, etc.

He's been a loser his entire career. I'm surprised so many people jumped on his bandwagon when they did. Apparently, he needs Kawhi Leonard back to make him look good. Who knew?

Give RGay the starting spot until MVP comes back plus the majority of Andersons minutes, should do the trick.

I especially hate it when he's forcing his shot as a means of trying to get himself going. That might have flied in Sacramento. In SA, he needs to let the game come to him.

He has had a rough stretch. But idk did people not expect him to show signs of rust or anything? He's been out of the game forever. He started out strong, now as the season goes a long he'll have some rough stretches.

His shot is def off, but the guy has been quite good in the post and exploiting mismatches

haha you should know by now that if you're on the Spurs and you don't maintain your peak performance every game then you're going to hear from the fans...

Gay is coming off a major injury and is on a minutes limitation. All considering, he’s played well. Our “it” player has yet to don a Spurs jersey since game 1 of last year’s WCF.

The OP's argument makes sense if he was starting. He is awesome in his bench role.

Crawford s the bed too but it's okay because he is a bench player. I like how he and Anderson have obvious roles to play off the bench when KAwhi comes back.

Even in a bench role he's had far more games than good. Hopefully he figures it out as the season goes on, but his shot is pretty broken on most nights. He has no arc on his jumper whatsoever.
