A lot of these players and casual fans love Fizz because of that post game rant he had against the Spurs in the playoffs. This guy was not a good coach and I didn't see anything amazing about him from an X and O's perspective. Jax is a hypocrite when he says he was all about winning. That wasn't the case in '13 when he refused to come off the bench and got cut by Pop.

bc he didn't deserve to be the fall guy for Memphis' poor start/season. They lost their heart and soul in ZBo/Tony Allen whose grit the team was built around and as many have mentioned Marc is not a true #1 option that can carry the team all year and to the playoffs. He's an awesome #2, but there are very few Bron/KD/Russ/Curry/Kawhi's to go around.

I still think Jackson is a moron, but that Parson’s contract is an albatross. He can still shoot, but those surgeries have robbed him of his quickness. He looks sssslllllooooowwwww. I can’t imagine him being in the NBA much longer. Grizz are going to eat that contract.
There red was a time when Parsons could move and shoot. In that spot, he was better than Jackson, but given how he lost his speed, it’s possible Jackson could beat him one on one. That said, the year before no NBA team would touch Jackson and he retired, he looked done and he was just as slow.
