CNN and MSNBC have given ZERO on air coverage to the sentencing of former Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown.
Brown was sentenced to five years in prison for fraud.
CNN and MSNBC have both refused to give any on-air coverage to former Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown’s sentencing for tax fraud.

A judge sentenced Brown to five years in federal prison yesterday, but two of the major three cable networks have been mum on the air, according to a search of television database TVEyes.
In addition to zero television coverage, CNN also doesn’t have a single story about Brown’s sentencing on their website.
The extent of MSNBC’s coverage was a brief mention in Monday’s “Mini Report” on the Rachel Maddow Blog. The Brown story was the final bullet point in the blog and consisted only of a quote and link to a Roll Call story.
Meanwhile, Fox News, The New York Times, The Washington Post, POLITICO, and The Hill have all had at least one piece of original reporting about Brown on their websites. Fox News also covered the story on air.
CNN also gave barebones coverage to Democratic New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez, who was on trial this fall for serious corruption charges.
