He should be slaying teams like the Suns. Not going 7-18 and leaving them ahead with under a minute in regulation. And his need to be "fed" does not seem to mean in the said final minute.

The Spurs were missing five key guards/wings and Aldridge’s backup, with the only other big coming off a dislocated finger. Not to mention second night of a back to back. Aldridge was fine.

He was also reverting to his midrange (especially fadeaway) game rather than taking it to the rim.
Shouldn't have had to close out the game, but the bench let the Suns back in.

1. Chandler is universally known as a stout defender.
2. Second day of extremely challenging and emotional back to back game (both of which went down to the wire) where he was one of the only ones that brought it the entire game.
3. Playing with a bunch of young guns that a) don't really run the system every time b) Jack up a bunch of threes And c) without Pau didn't have a standard high/low companion
4. Still basically had a 20/10 game.

Damn Aldridge literally get no respect from Spurs fans. This dude has easily been our best player this season and is getting it done on both ends while we miss our leader in Kawhi. Y'all need to stop hating and start appreciating, tbh. This team is not a contender without him.
The criticisms of LMA may not be "fair." But they do seem to be accurate. I'm guilty of holding him to the bar that Tim Duncan set, maybe. But the truth is LMA has to figure out how to get to another level when it counts if we're going to be a championship team.
