As you wish. First let's see if we can pin down "begging the question".

Begging the question is a circular argument that assumes the premise buried in the question itself to confirm the question.

Identify the premise in the question, and then try to state how it is circular:

"What does serial sexual assault say about a man?"

If you can't identify a circular argument, why do you think that is?

You have to know the context in which the question is asked.

1. You claim person X sexually assaulted person Y because person Y said so.
2. I challenge the veracity of the claim of Person Y
3. You ask what sexual assault says about person X

Your question infers person X sexually assaulted someone. Since we haven't established sexual assault happened, the question about what it means about a person is either A) moot or B) begging the question

I gave you benefit of the doubt that you wouldn't ask a moot question. Ergo you are begging the question. If you'd like to change that to "moot", that's ok.

So you can't really identify the circular reasoning. Since you can't map it out as circular, you have failed to show it is begging the question.

The medium absolutely makes a difference. Communication is not just the message, but the medium (i.e., how it's said). Tweets are remote forms of communication and lack the sort of physical imminence that is required for sexual harassment. The content of the message itself was open to interpretation (see, SpursforSix comments).

Do I think the tweet is bad? Absolutely. I'd expect a lot more from POTUS and its shameful the head tweets. But you have to be a particularly brittle eggs to think it sexual harassment.

Begging the question is merely asserting in your statement what you're trying to establish in the first place. You haven't established that Trump sexually assaulted anyone. You have allegations only. Then you ask me how I feel about a man who commits sexual assault.
