Can't press any charges when James Comey decides it's 'exteme carelessness' and a 'matter'. Hillary can talk to the FBI and not be under oath while there are no recordings or transcripts of the interviews. How f'ing convenient is that?

The point of that letter and consequent press conference was to on her. They knew they weren't going to charge her with anything and didn't need to make a letter or do a press confence.

The latter was to please the anti Hillary crowd.
