Their profit sharing was like dividends but the workers were the shareholders. You really don’t know much about natsoc like you think you do.

They did indeed nationalize quite a bit while at war but they started it earlier than their invasion of the czechs. And the US regulated the out of industries during ww2 but they did not seize ownership like the nazis did.

Natsoc ideology was fluid and adaptable to challenges that arose, not rigid for all of time. Hitler said something to the effect that his only economic policy is that they had none, they tackled problems as they saw fit. People get too caught up in dogma and a rigid set of principles too often. That’s whats wrong with today’s conservatives and part of the reason why they can’t ever win.
