Are the Browns gonna finish 0-16?

They're prolly gonna go 0-16 next year too. The NFL needs to step in and do something about this situation.

tbh it definitely looks that way, and it's really just bad luck since there's no Andrew Luck, or Matthew Stafford available as a get out of jail free card. I'm not sure what you do to stop this landslide. IMO, it's turning into a culture thing. I would say do whatever it takes to get a veteran QB this offseason. If Eli, Bradford, etc become available, just go get them to ensure you get a few wins. It's one thing to tank and get the #1 pick, but it's another to rewrite the definition of inep ude. It would be huge for them to just not be the worst team in the league for once.

No NFL team should ever go 1-31 in two years. This isn't high school where some programs are just completely overmatched and aren't capable of winning. I don't care how bad they are, how young they are, whatever. If you're an NFL team you ought to be capable of winning at least two or three games in a season. You don't have to be very good to go 2-14.

But this is exactly what the organization deserves. This organization has never put a premium on winning. It's always year one or two of a perennial rebuild around here. It's always about "player development," "the plan," "the process," some nebulous idea of "progress" and so forth, but never about actually putting the most compe ive team on the field that they can. They're okay with losing. Let them get their noses rubbed in it, then.

That's true. As bad as they are, you look at the last two seasons and there were many games that were decided by less than a touchdown. I wonder if they are so bad that teams are now going to 'get up' for them because they don't want to be the ones with the dubious honor of losing to the Browns.
