Yeah, book looks like one should take a lot of it with a healthy dose of skepticism. Gotta hand it to the author though. He is going to make metric tons of money on it.

I read "Who's that?" as an insult vs. not actually not knowing who he is. Trump and Boehner weren't exactly friendly.
