    So lock them up?

    Or release good now?
Lock them up for responding to a FOIA and heavily redacting the release?

Have Hillary testify under oath, record her testimony, don’t allow a subject of the investigation to also act as her lawyer, let the field office run the investigation like they always do, don’t give out immunity deals like candy, don’t reward someone with immunity after lying under oath, actually charge someone who lied under oath, don’t ask for evidence subpoena it, don’t destroy evidence for subject of investigation, don’t add intent as a requirement for criminality when the law says nothing of intent.
im asking what the precise difference is between an investigation and a matter, as FBI terminology goes

Hillary broke the law multiple times, no one should be above the law. As a lawyer I’m shocked you would even ask this question.
agreed on principle, but she already was investigated and cleared

Read this and objectively tell why me there's no reason for a re-hash.
republican congressmen were upset with the clinton investigation? no

if you want an internal investigation of the FBI, have at it. you're just dragging out the corpse of hillary so you can have a partisan punching bag

That wasn’t a proper investigation as you will soon see when we start hearing what the OIG investigation uncovered.

if the FBI and DOJ could have been politicized to protect shillary what makes you think the OIG cant be politicized to engage in a witch hunt?

so according to Clarke (who predictably points to no source), "when all is said & done" it "will approach" 1 billion

and you translate that to mean: Mueller investigation closing in on 1 Billion

Top House Conservatives Just Called on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to Resign

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) are calling out Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Both Jordan and Meadows aren't pleased with Sessions at the U.S. Department of Justice. They are so concerned with how Sessions has performed as attorney general that they are asking for him to step down.

In an editorial for the Washington Examiner, Jordan and Meadows argue that “there is no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians.” Further, the two congressmen point out that it's not because a lack of “examination,” as six investigations have taken place regarding the Russian probe.

Jordan and Meadows follow up with a series of questions that they want to be answered.

“If George Papadopoulos was central to the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign, why did the FBI wait more than 6 months to interview him in late January and again in February? And even if they were trying to keep the probe quiet during the 2016 election, why wait more than 2 months after Election Day?” the congressmen write.

Among other questions asked by Jordan and Meadows are about former FBI Director James Comey, Fusion GPS, and Christopher Steele, the author of the Trump dossier.

Then comes a joint call from the congressmen for Sessions to resign:

It’s apparent that Comey has never had a problem sharing information with reporters, and he allowed his team to “follow the leader” in that regard — but it is time for this practice to come to an immediate end.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself from the Russia investigation, but it would appear he has no control at all of the premier law enforcement agency in the world. It is time for Sessions to start managing in a spirit of transparency to bring all of this improper behavior to light and stop further violations. If Sessions can't address this issue immediately, then we have one final question needing an answer: When is it time for a new attorney general?

Sadly, it seems the answer is now.

At this time, it's unclear if other conservatives in the House feel the same as Jordan and Meadows.
