Stephen Jackson Says He Smoked Marijuana Entire NBA Career, Details Usage
"I just gotta be real, you know, it's been a couple games where I smoked before games and had great games," Jackson said, via ESPN.com news services. "It's been some games where I smoked before the game and was on the bench after three minutes sitting on the sideline, 'Please calm down. This high has to calm down' -- I done shot three shots that went over the backboard, like, I'm going to be honest, like, 'Ahh, I gotta calm down.'"
Wasn't the only ex Spur.
Mark my words; the NBA will eliminate marijuana as a banned substance within five years, and quite possibly within three years.
Trump will install Jeff Sessions as commish in a year and he will eliminate weed smoking by players and alcohol sales at games. Also the dancers will wear big sweaters and sweatpants
They wear Bras and thongs dumbass
He wasn't smokin' that by himself after games. Who else would you guess from the team? TD, Speedy, Mengke Bateer?
Big Dog Robinson. Grandpa Willis maybe? Not any long-term starters, tbh.
Pop?
It would explain his liberal views
Well, I don't jugde him. Since marijuana is therapeutic in psychosis and neurodegenerative disease...Which clearly is SJax case.
It probably made his great games greater and his bad games worse. Shrug. Still a great spur.
I don't judge him for the substance itself, but I do wonder about his judgement, in terms of why risk so much money to get a little high?
In other news, water is wet.
I was gonna be on the 2013 playoff roster, but then I got high...![]()

I was gonna hit that KD, but I got high.
And thanks for the "Ohrwurm", as we say in germany. Will take hours (and maybe the Foo Fighters or BIffy Clyro) to clear my head of this song.![]()

Was listening to some Foo Fighters myself earlier today.
His judgement was always askew...
He turned down a good offer by the Spurs to sign for less money with Atlanta. Was he on weed then?
He charged the stands at Detroit... and risked his career for that brash impulse... Was he on weed then?
He argued with Pop in 2013 that he was a better player than Danny Green, ultimately a discussion that got him kicked off the team... Was he on weed then?
Never understood the fascination with weed. Recreationally or at a party or something cool but people that need to smoke that all day I don't understand. I worked at some minimum wage jobs when I was younger were workers and even managers smoked during their breaks. Seems more of an image thing than anything, tbh.
I don't think it's an image thing for most. Back in the day I had friends that would smoke before going to work every day. No way I could do that. Just get paranoid and .
But sure enjoyed if when just chilling out and watching a movie or listening to music.
And primos are super cool.
I call BS being high during games. Did he smokr before games? Sure, but there's no way in he was high during games.
Smoke weed every day
I know nothing of the subject of substance abuse... but one has to think: addiction.
Hey, but unlike Chandler Parsons, Capt. Jack took his NBA career seriously and truly loved the game.
This .
Getting high for a bball game where you paid alot of money is re ed & you're giving the opposition an advantage.
The players have all offseason to do it. Sjax you saw youself out of the league
He's probably a better player than Green now
