Some couples don't make it through that thing called "mid life crisis" - some of you are young and can't conceive of a time when you'll get bored, distracted, when the kids are grown ... Maybe personally work among congressmen to get votes? I don't think changing abortion rights is high on Trump's list - he'll say he supports this bill that came out of the House, but he's not going out of his way to try to get it passed.
