"When I want to know something about a particular topic I read EVERYTHING about it"
    Bull fn .

And he reads semicircle and panics...

Again, you said you know track yet you no nothing about running turns.
You are a total and utter FAKE.

All you can do is look up lists and times... 3... 2... 1
    fetal position and listing...

Same question. What requires the most sustained acceleration and why does this have to be so?

You brought it up in the FB forum, now you get drug on the pavement of ignorance.
You really are re ed aren't ya? Dude, I have no clue how to build a guitar, harnonica, piano...ok? Yet know all about the great guitarists, harmonica cats, piano players, ok stupid?

I know about every sprinter who was notable, everything that happens in the sport. Why they run in circles, how is a relay baton is made...???? Stupid, get with what is important and not stupid BS, ok?

I;ve already schooled ya on sprinting, key words.....SPEED ENDURANCE...ok? Only a 60 is about SE.

Stupid, talk about things that are interesting, stop with all this boring ass , ok?

    you...so ya know about football?
    Dude...yep.
you..ok, so how is a football made?
    Dude....what? You're serious huh?
    you...yep.

They don't run in circles you dumb . They run around an oval that has half circles and straight courses. And I did not ask you to build a track dumbass, I am getting the feeling you never even ran on one. Yet you were quite good at it? Then you tell me you don't know how to build musical instruments to weasel your way out. Ain't gonna happen.

Just answer the question. You still don't have a Fckn clue and keep going on about Speed endurance and 60 m dashes without any real understanding. We are talking about the 200 m which you are an expert on.

When you want to learn about something you want to know EVERYTHING about it.
You said, it not me. So be prepared to get squashed.
We come to find out you don't even know the very basics of something that interests you so much... track?

Do you want me to teach YOU about running around a turn? I thought you were well acquainted with it. Just say no, because you don't want to be embarrassed. It's ok. But know this, you are not only a liar, you are also a fake.

Trust me little man there is nothing you can teach me about anything. I assumed you were smart enought to get...running in circles...is like a QB throwing a bomb, he has a glass jaw, kicks like a mule, but you 're too damn dumb to get any of that.

I was a white cat with speed, started running track in meets in 6th grade. Ran in Jr High and four years of HS. I was a running back who kept gaining muscular weight, so there went any sprinter hopes, not too many 225 pound sprinters who are white. But that never dulled my love for speed, sprinting. I am an historian, yep, know it all when it comes to the who, what, where and when (just like football/music). You can't find anyone who knows more.

As far as actual sprinting goes, unless you have that ability to maintain a high % of your max velocity nothing else will really matter once you go beyond ndoor 60's. We run tons of over distance stuff like 300's, 400's, we do all we can to build endurance, all sprinters have speed, those with the superior SE are the ones who rule. Accelleration means nothing if once you hit your topend you can't sustain that MV. So you keep yakyakykak about the wrong things, yep...rookie. Dude, you don't understand any of this do ya, you're just some idiot with mental problems.

I can talk sprinters on a whole other level than anyone else, call it a hobby. Stupid, who follows this stuff to that degree and not get how it works, are ya really this damn stupid?

    Pay attention moron.

The short cat is Mel Pender, he was a 50, 60, 70 indoor world record holder, as you will see he had a fantastic start and accelleration, notice he's in the lead early on. Then what happens, yep, he has inferior SE while all those around him are able to.......................decellerate at a slower pace. No no no, they aren't speeding up as it appears, that is an illusion, they are just able to bring more of their MV into the latter stages............longer.

You don't get any of this do ya slugger?

Okay, I'll dumb it down more for you. I don't need a list or a video. I need an answer from a dumbass who claims to know EVERYTHING about track because he reads big books. The 200 m dash involves running. You know nothing about running. And if you ever get the following question correct, I will ask another on the same subject. This board, if it even cares, will continue to see what a pitiful fraud you are. You will continue to turtle up and go fetal position on the subject in your panic to avoid a very simple question.

In the 200 m and 400 m dash, when on the turns, what must all runners necessarily be able to do concerning acceleration?

This....I;m just going to ignore everything ya ask.....ain't going to work, got it?

    Pay attention

Mel Pender the short cat in that video was a fantastic indoor sprinter, a WR holder at 50/60/70. So tell me what are we looking at there at 100m? You don't have a clue do ya stupid?

Dude, you're boring as , but ya know this, right?

Dude, until ya start answering what I'm asking your questions will be ignored, got it? Now tell me stupid what are we looking at in that video

    And....talking accelleration in the 400m, hahahahahaha~~~~~~~~~~~

Wrong as usual, do you ever get anything right? If ya understood sprinting (ya don't) you'd see me taking this clown to school. Dude....accelleration at 400m...hahahahaha~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Slow down stupid and actually pay attention to what is really going on here, ok? You make a habit of 'trying" to talk about things you know nothing about like QB's, now sprinting.

Dude, you're the one taking the Saints, bragging on Tom Savage, Joe Flacco, Derek Anderson not me. And over reacting to everything.

    Sprinting 101.

Starts and acceleration are like a Sumo wrestler being big. Without a burst and quick accelleration you are not a sprinter.

What matters in sprinting in conditioning, just speed alone will only take you about/maybe 70ish meters, now you will enter into a decelleration phase. How much of your max velocity (MV) can you sustain, maintain, this is the key to all sprinting (other than indoor 60's). SPEED ENDURANCE....is the key that unlocks the door. All the great 100m cats were also great at 200m, they had ....SPEED ENDURANCE.

The great Usain Bolt holds both world records at 19.19/9.58, yep....two times 9.58 equal...19.16, see how it works?

The 400m takes good 200m speed, a cat who can cook 20 low, the WR holder Wayde Van Neikerk runs a 19.84 200m. The American record holder Michael Johnson holds both the 200/400 records. Here we have the perfect speed and endurance combo.

Back before 1900 there was a cat named Lon Myers, he held the American record at....50, 100, 200, 400, 800 and the mile. Yep.....a freak of nature.

Cats who run the 100/200, train with 300's, everything is done to build that SE.

    https://video.search.yahoo.com/video...t=avg&tt=b

Here we have the total package, the great Tommie Smith, he was world ranked in the 100m, the 200m and the 400m. He held the 200/400 WR's. His...speed endurance.....on a whole other level than anyone before him and only Bolt/MJhis equal afterwards. But....he did his thing in the late 60's. Look at that stride, look at his ability to maintain a huge % of MV.

In 1968 he ran anchor on a 4x1 vs our USA team, Jimmy Hines the Olympic 100m gold medalist to be on anchor. At the final exchange Hines had a solid two m on Smith, yep, ya guessed it........Smith ran him down, yep, superior....SPEED ENDURANCE.

Give us an example of that, yep, ya can't. So why the bull ?

Stick to, "HAHAHHA...he muffed the punt"......that says it all about your dumbass.

    Funny

Avante...check out Scooter Jones, cat has some quicks.

(Scooter fumbles and ends up on the bench)

Clipper Nation....hahahahahahaha, oh yes, wrong again,

The very next week, Scooter rushes for 156 yards and scores three TD's, one on a dazzling 34 yard run.

    No sign of Clipper Nation.

Dude, when will you ever learn how things work in sports? Stop acting like some re ed monkey over a game, a season, ok stupid, give things some ing time,ok?

Bortles or somebody will do something stupid in the games this weekend, ya don't......HE SUCKS....over a play, but you will freak out like ya always do. Then later when Bortles or somebody....WOW~~~....now ya look stupid....ah...stupid-er.

During which part of the 200 m dash does the longest sustained acceleration take place?

I basically gave you the answer 5 different times.
YOU claimed to know EVERYTHING about the things YOU love.
You said you knew all about sprinting, answer the question.
Its very basic for any type of running on a track, barring the 100 m dash. ( Another huge hint)

Facts: You can list names, times, use terms you think you understand.
But you don't understand some of the very basics of sprinting and running.
Answer the question above, it applies to anyone trying to sprint, from the best in the world, to a wannabe like you.

And you have illustrated you are scared to death to answer this because, you are a liar and a fraud. Which is why you got thrown off the track forum. They figured you out and banned your ass. This place, where they don't allow you to start posts, is your refuge.

I am asking you a fundamental question about sprinting. YOU claimed that once you got interested in something you read and learned everything about it. I, never made such a claim.

So now you have been put to a very simple test.

In what part of the 200m dash does the longest sustained acceleration take place. It must take place during one specific part of the race. Some 100 m guys don't do this well so they can't be good in the 200. But it can be learned and trained for.

Stupid, when Michael Johnson won the 96 Olympics 200m with his outerwordly 19.32, he was leadng two sub 9.90 cats*** (MJ had a 10.09PR) coming off the curve, how and why did this happen?

Frankie Fredericks the Oly 100m silver, Ato Boldon the bronze ,both far "faster" than MJ.

You said you know everything about track.

During the 200 m dash there is a certain part of the race in which the longest continuous acceleration takes place.

Tell me where on the track this occurs?
