What do you find so funny about Nunes?
How about the fact everything he touches has backfired in spectacular fashion? The guy has two left hands and always ends up self owning.

Running around midnight to meet with WH and still getting spotted
Recuses himself but still has contact with the intel committe and WH
    Susan unmasking

Has this guy ever done something right?

Intercepted communications of Trump transition team, nothing to do with Russia. How would this happen outside of a FISA warrant?

If you have time today I recommend reading the opinion of the FISC court after the 702 audit was completed. I'm reaching across the aisle and am here to help you get your head out of the sand.

    Sigh.

Once more, against my better judgment, I delve into the fevered swamp of your delusions, mostly out of curiosity as to what a ruling would look like.

Kudos to Judge Collyer. Obviously a very bright woman, with a good staff. The do ent presented was a coherent and cogent assessment of a complex topic.

It is, however, the do entary equivalent of Cosmored's "jacket tape". It doesn't carry the water you want it to.

It states X, and you have taken that to mean, with no corroborating evidence, Y, Z, A and B.

I am going to guess you took the le of the do ent as gospel, despite the fact that the do ent in no way, shape, or form, supports the conclusion that "President Obama" was "spying on political enemies". That is downright risible.

It is illustrative of the kinds of technical difficulties involved in managing data, and balancing that with cons utional requirements. That was interesting in and of itself, from a data nerd standpoint.

What do you find so funny about Nunes?
Nunes isn't funny, per se. You holding up his work on anything having to do with the Trump administration as credible is.

He has a direct conflict of interest that means one has to be immediately deeply skeptical of any conclusions or assertions.

In February 2017, Nunes, who served on the Trump transition team, was the first leading House Republican to deny that the intelligence community had evidence of contact between the Trump campaign and Russian operatives.[52] He has rejected repeated calls for an investigation by a select committee,[53][54] saying that the House will not engage in a "witch hunt" and that "at this point, there's nothing there".[54] Nunes also rejected calls that he request Trump's tax returns.[52] At the request of a White House communications aide, Nunes spoke to a Wall Street Journal reporter to challenge a story about the Trump campaign's connections to Russia.[55]

Why would the FBI allow outside contractors to run 702 about queries with no oversight?

Read your 100 page court decision. Sheesh. It is all in there. Haphazard database management.

"This is a normal, incidental collection, based on what I could collect," Nunes said. "This appears to be all legally collected foreign intelligence under" the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
The answer to your question, if Nunes is to be believed is: "normally" and "legally".

"House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., told fellow Republicans he has witnessed evidence demonstrating a clear “abuse” of government surveillance programs by FBI and Justice Department officials, according to a new report."

"Ahead of the vote, Nunes said he has not seen evidence to suggest Section 702 was abused to look at foreigners, but that other sections of the law had been misused by the government to oversee Americans, Fox News reported.

Nunes informed other lawmakers he would “read all 435 members of Congress into major abuses with other areas of FISA and will read members in ASAP” on those issues."

No mention of the Page warrant at all in any of this.

You may just be conflating multiple issues again. It's not uncommon.

I never mentioned the Page warrant as having anything to do with the major abuse of surveillance Nunes uncovered. You are conflating issues.

Actually you said Fusion GPS "went back" to get the Page warrant in the summer because they lost access to about queries in April.

    It's your notebook, TSA.

You also never told us how Fusion GPS got an "analytical assistance" gig with the FBI.

Is that in the notebook or is it just wishcasting?

Checked my ST notebook, have no notes on this claim. Please provide quote.

I clearly said "if" it was Fusion GPS named as the outside contractors named in the FISC court do ents.

Their about query access was gone, they needed to continue access so presented the court with the Steele dossier.
Or do you mean the FBI here? Make up your mind.

Clearly meant FBI if they were presenting to FISC court.

If it was someone else it completely s up my theory, but I'm confident it is referring to Fusion GPS.
