    Nunes never recused himself.

    http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-p...htmlstory.html

Nunes was cleared by the ethics committee, the charges were a bull attempt by the Democrats to stifle what he was uncovering, it failed.

is about to hit the fan thanks to Mike Rogers, Dan Coates, and Devin Nunes.

Clearly meant FBI if they were presenting to FISC court.
They wanted to spy on the Trump team, so they got a warrant for someone who they confirmed didn't work for them anymore. How does that work, TSA?

If it was someone else it completely s up my theory, but I'm confident it is referring to Fusion GPS.
What makes you so confident considering all the other possibilities? How did Fusion GPS get an "analytical assistance" gig with the FBI?

You're wrong, again. Read pages 83-86.
    (sighs deeply)

I read them. They do not either explicitly, or implicitly, support your assertion of "no oversight".

Most specifically the information was "stored only on FBI systems" and "not disseminated further".

Your assertion of "no oversight" fails completely, unless you can show that the FBI did not have any oversight over their own systems.

Nowhere in that multi-page passage was any statement, explicit, or implicit, that would support such an assertion.

What is there is "improper authorization" contrary to established procedures, meaning that the level of access went against what they were supposed to have, NOT that there was "no oversight".

    Haphazard database management.

Nothing there supports your conspiracy theory. The jacket didn't flap because the moon landings were filmed in a studio.

Fusion GPS would not get an "analytical assistance" gig. They were a legal research team.

If you want data analyzed, you pick a cyber-security firm, with technical expertise.

The FISA warrant was sought as legal cover for the previous about queries. FISAwarrant can be applied retroactively.

What makes me confident is the demotions, reassignments, and retirements of the top officials involved; Ohr, Strzok, Baker, Carlin.

I don’t claim to know how anyone gets contracted to work for the FBI.

He recused himself but didn't really because he was still in contact with the intel and the guy who replace him was a shill who reported to him.

That's what I said in my OP. He recused himself publicly but somehow was still getting privilege information. And passing that along to Trump.

If you think Nunes will uncovered a deep consipiracy, get ready to get laughed at.

Speculation going around that Bannon called Trump at Mueller's request to catch Trump instructing him on tape not to testify.

Trump White House Secretly Working To Derail Russia Investigation By Gagging Key Witnesses

This despite the fact that the president, his lawyers, and White House officials have bragged about their transparency and cooperation when it comes to the Russia probe.

OK. Seems like an enormous stretch six months after the fact, but stretching everything to make your conspiracy fit every fact is par for the TSA course.

What makes me confident is the demotions, reassignments, and retirements of the top officials involved; Ohr, Strzok, Baker, Carlin.

I only expect you to parrot anonymous internet sources. Sundance never explained the logic of Fusion GPS being hired for "analytical assistance" subcontracting?

You could certainly be right; I just don't see how it happens.

And look at all the amendments Nunes put in to 702 surveillance to stop exactly what he uncovered

Why would any Democrat vote no on this?
In February 2017, Nunes, who served on the Trump transition team, was the first leading House Republican to deny that the intelligence community had evidence of contact between the Trump campaign and Russian operatives.[52] He has rejected repeated calls for an investigation by a select committee,[53][54] saying that the House will not engage in a "witch hunt" and that "at this point, there's nothing there".[54] Nunes also rejected calls that he request Trump's tax returns.[52] At the request of a White House communications aide, Nunes spoke to a Wall Street Journal reporter to challenge a story about the Trump campaign's connections to Russia.[55]

TSA, I'm not the one saying it. This was reported a while back and I even provided you with a link.

You saying he didn't recuse himself is silly given that someone else took his chair. I guess this is your effort to never being wrong and always right. Even if the truth flies in the face of the actual person you're shilling for.

Fake reporting I guess. Just a lucid, but vivid dream. TSA

I don't have audio to listen right now but if it said Nunes recused himself than yes, fake reporting.

"Several leftwing activist groups have filed accusations against me with the Office of Congressional Ethics. The charges are entirely false and politically motivated, and are being leveled just as the American people are beginning to learn the truth about the improper unmasking of the iden ies of U.S. citizens and other abuses of power.
Despite the baselessness of the charges, I believe it is in the best interests of the House Intelligence Committee and the Congress for me to have Representative Mike Conaway, with assistance from Representatives Trey Gowdy and Tom Rooney, temporarily take charge of the Committee's Russia investigation while the House Ethics Committee looks into this matter. I will continue to fulfill all my other responsibilities as Committee Chairman, and I am requesting to speak to the Ethics Committee at the earliest possible opportunity in order to expedite the dismissal of these false claims.

Nunes never used the word recuse.

"I never recused myself," the House Intelligence Committee chairman reportedly said in an interview with KMJ's Ray Appleton. "This was essentially made up by the media."
