No way to tell without knowing how healthy they'll be. Fully healthy I see them losing in 6 to the Warriors in the WCF, assuming the 3rd seed.
As is with no Kawhi, win the first round in 7 and lose in 5 games in round 2.
They need to trade for Kemba.
kemba won't be had without taking on a horrible contract tbh..
I don't know San Antonio's cap structure but they could probably flip Gay, TP while taking Batum's contract.
