That reminds me of the time one of my tenants complained that their utility bill was $300, so I went over there to see if I could find any leaks or running toilets or some other explanation for a bill twice what it should be. I discovered the dude in the downstairs bedroom was growing a huge pot plant in his closet with a big UV (?) light on all the time. I told the other guy I'd discovered what was running up their utility bill and he should, perhaps, talk to his roommate about picking up his fair share of the bill.
