You have posted here, over the years, multiple articles making all sorts of assertions. These things were always thing you found emotionally appealing. They always went bust after a bit of modest critical thinking.

The human brain works by digging in when presented with evidence that contradicts its worldview. We rationalize, or outright ignore.
The hardest thing to do is have the self-development necessary to evaluate underlying assumptions, especially when confronted with new evidence.
When your assertions fail, because they are based on emotionally appealing fantasy, you have never done this.
Here you have what is called a "deepity". This is part of how you dismiss things you don't like, but which are ultimately true.
