he hadnt been good agreed but why not get him or kennard and have the "hof coach develop him"? Bradley jas been awful this year too but maybe in a uptempo system new start...plus a former lottery pick hss more value ...
If CP3 was still a Clipper i would give them a chance for LBJ..but right now: zero, zilch, nada.
I think West is trying to rebuild through the draft with an eye on the 2019 FA..

Avery Bradley has arguably been the worst player on their team, but he's a former Celtic, so Doc just had to trade for him.![]()
It’s a Lawrence Frank- Jerry West move. Bradley is nothing more but an expiring tbh.
Yup, Bradley had been pretty awful recently after scoring at a really efficient rate earlier on. His problem is that he takes the same types of jumpers during the course of the game regardless if he's on fire or if he's been missing all night. He doesn't adjust his offensive game depending on how his jumper is going. Doesn't mix in drives and slashes or midrange floaters/runners nearly enough when he's off. So from game to game he could be 10-for-15 one night, 6-for-19 the very next night. Wildly inconsistent. I know that's a lot of players, but watching him every game, he really is a guy who doesn't change or adapt to the flow and tenor of the game or his performance. I think he's fine as a secondary scorer (like a 3rd or 4th option) on a good team. But the Pistons were using him as the #1 and/or #2 guy on offense along with Tobias Harris. Tobias also became very jumpshot happy this year because he started the season hitting his threes at well over 40% the first few months. He just started coming back down to earth in January. So while he's capable, he also failed to attack the basket or get into post-ups enough when his shot was not falling. The offense was way too jumpshot heavy, and Bradley and Harris aren't exactly Steph and Durant. So it was bound to come crashing down at some point.
I'm still not sure how I feel about the trade. Blake brings superior production and a big name the Pistons have lacked for a while, probably since Ben Wallace (not comparing the two players, just the value of their names to draw attention and ticket sales). I'm sure the trade was ticket and merchandise driven as much as anything to help put more seats in the new stadium. I'm hoping Blake can play well enough to make the Pistons a legit threat at a chance, just a chance, at an ECF appearance in the next couple seasons. I'm not counting on anything this season. I don't know they'll be a playoff team this year even in a randomly weak East and with the recent injuries to Wall and Love.
Blake's contract and his injuries definitely scare me though. Could be a huge payroll problem as soon as next season if he can't stay healthy.
I read on realgm that OKC was offered Blake Griffin for Paul George and did not accept. If true that is just stupid on OKC's part as Paul George will probably be headed to Lakers in the offseason, and Griffin is inked for 5 years. Anyway take it with a grain of salt.
***UPDATE - Sham Bomb***
Lakers should have gotten in on that. We need shooters.
How does Demps still have a job? Giving up their first-round pick makes this another panic move that will just make it even harder for them to build around Davis and Cousins going forward.
He cool with me. Didn't he try to trade us CP?
Because he was probably told before the season that if he fails to make the playoffs again, he’s gone. So he’s sacrificing the future to secure the 7-8 seed and get swept.
Paul George > Blake Griffin
Besides George has been making comments about how he would like to keep playing with Westbrook.
man there was a time when pondexter looked like a nice asset with a good future
robert covington basically became what people were hoping pondexter would be
Maginka telling Clarkson he bout to trade his ass:

It has been an interesting morning in the NBA world to say the least...
Monroe is a relic of NBA yesteryears.
He's an older, even slower, left handed version of Jahlil Okafor. And that's being generous.
think old Anthony Mason, the one that died a few years back... maybe Oakley, too
You looking at him vs starters. He'll look decent vs scrubs. No?
