Seeing as they were granted a FISA warrant on Carter Page in 2014, I don't see how that works for you or Chuck.
Flynn Junior pooping on Pavlov
Except the memo admits it isn't.

Well, Nunes had a year to produce something.
The memo is it.
And daddeh is still a convicted felon.
Oh, is there another memo to worry about?![]()
Guys, who hired Carter Page?
bill clinton and loretta lynch conspired to hire him on the tarmac
This was bad strategy by Trump and his minions. They would have been better off taking the high road and saying something like we're going to listen to the FBI and not release this memo...for now. That would have kept their knuckledraggers frothing at the mouth for it to be released and kept the conspiracy theories going. Now that it's been released and it's being viewed as NothingBurger Deluxe they have nothing left. This is just another dud in a long line of duds. It's up there with Seth Rich. And Nunes has pretty much burned whatever was left of his credibility. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump discarded him like an ex-wife.
Russia probe lawyers think Mueller could indict Trump
https://www.politico.com/story/2018/...r-probe-384969
Special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation has gathered enough steam that some lawyers representing key Donald Trump associates are considering the possibility of a historic first: an indictment against a sitting president.
While many legal experts contend that Mueller lacks the standing to bring criminal charges against Trump, at least two attorneys working with clients swept up in the Russia probe told POLITICO they consider it possible that Mueller could indict the president for obstruction of justice.
Neither attorney claimed to have specific knowledge of Mueller’s plans. Both based their opinions on their understanding of the law; one also cited his interactions with the special counsel’s team, whose interviews have recently examined whether Trump tried to derail the probe into his campaign’s Russia ties.
“If I were a betting man, I’d bet against the president,” said one of the lawyers.
The second attorney, who represents a senior Trump official, speculated that Mueller could try to bring an indictment against Trump even if he expects the move to draw fierce procedural challenges from the president’s lawyers – if only to demonstrate the gravity of his findings.
“It’s entirely possible that Mueller may go that route on the theory that, as an open question, it should be for the courts to decide,” the attorney said. “Even if the indictment is dismissed, it puts maximum pressure on Congress to treat this with the independence and intellectual honesty that it will never, ever get."
standing issue would be really interesting there. not a whole lot of case law with regards to indicting a sitting president![]()
actually there's a few to come in the next month.
Well hopefully they aren’t written by Nunes![]()
From where?
Give us the list.
go find it yourself face loser. do your own god damn research for once. i'm not holding your hand on any of this. you chose to respond to me not the other way around when my reply wasn't even geared towards you. so take your en led high and mighty ass over to google and do your own god damn research.
off sucker.
I think Mueller will have strong case for obstruction, obviously.
I think Schneiderman/NY will go after Trash for money laundering, drag him before Fed grand jury, and indict him.
so emotional
Much more than a memo, the Office of Inspector General.
Yeah, that's probably not going to go the way you want either.
I'm 100% positive it will.
Today didn't.
Pizzagate didn't.
Judicial Watch Sues for Russia Collusion FISA Do ents
(Washington, DC) — Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Justice Department for FBI do ents regarding the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrant application submitted to – and responses from – the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court related to alleged collusion between Russia and Trump campaign associates (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00245)).
Judicial Watch filed suit in the United States District Court of the District of Columbia after the agency rejected a July 19, 2017, FOIA request seeking:
Copies of all proposed and all final signed FISA applications submitted to the FISC relating to Russian interference in the 2016 election, allegations of collusion between people associated with the Trump campaign and Russia, and any known Trump associates regardless of context;
Copies of all FISC responses to the above-mentioned applications in which the Court notified the FBI or Justice Department that it would not grant the proposed applications or recommended changes. If any such FISC responses were provided orally, rather than in writing, please provide copies of FBI or Justice Department records memorializing or otherwise referencing the relevant FISC responses;
Copies of all FISC orders relating to the above mentioned applications, whether denying the applications and certifications, denying the orders, modifying the orders, granting the orders, or other types of orders.
“Today’s House Russia FISA memo makes a compelling case that the FISA court was misled and severely abused by top officials in the Justice Department and FBI,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The American people should be able to see for themselves the details of how the Obama administration officials (and Rod Rosenstein of the Trump administration) justified spying on the Trump team. From what we know publicly, this may be the worst government abuse scandal in a generation – which makes it urgent the Justice Department stop stonewalling the release of the alleged Trump-Russia collusion FISA do ents.”
